Introduction to Acute Care Nursing I

This course is an introduction to Presentation and Storytelling Skills for Sales Professionals, intended to develop the skills to create and present sales pitches in ways that persuade, motivate, inspire, and overcome sales objections. Today’s sales professionals need a new approach to engage with and motivate customers to buy; storytelling is the best way to build rapport and trust and gain sales.


This course aims to guide students in a personal and academic self-discovery journey in preparation for post-secondary life plans. For the purpose of this assignment LMS prototype, several of the resources used stem from the Chilliwack School District 33 to address several of the project requirements. 

This eight-week onboarding unit is designed to provide work-study students at the Idea Lab makerspace studios a comprehensive and focused introduction to the Idea Lab mandate, services, tools and spaces. The development of such knowledge and skills are necessary for work-study students to support the safe, accessible and equitable use of Idea Lab studios for other students at the college.
